Aspiring mystery/murder author Cynthia McDonnell tries to throw investigators off by purchasing a burger for him after she murdered him.
The problems started when she decided to do a choose your own adventure and changed her story from an intruder to a suicide, making investigators take a closer look at her ball pit of lies.
Realizing her retired police officer husband would not have shot himself on the back left side of his head as a right-handed shooter, it seems Mrs. McDonnell did not read the forensic books littering her shelves.
